data-start=\"18\" data-end=\"292\">Club work refers to all the <strong>activities and tasks<\/strong> carried out within a club to <strong>achieve its goals<\/strong> and <strong>maintain the community<\/strong>. It not only involves <strong>organizing events<\/strong> \ud83c\udf89 but also the <strong>strategic and administrative work<\/strong> that keeps the club running.<\/p><p data-start=\"294\" data-end=\"470\">In a club, people work <strong>together<\/strong> \ud83d\udcaa to make <strong>things happen<\/strong> \u2013 whether it\u2019s in <strong>social, cultural, or sports fields<\/strong>. <strong>Cooperation, communication, and a lot of dedication<\/strong> are required.<\/p><h3 data-start=\"472\" data-end=\"647\"><strong data-start=\"472\" data-end=\"520\">The three most important organs of a club \ud83c\udfc6<\/strong><\/h3><p data-start=\"472\" data-end=\"647\">Every club needs a<strong> clear structure<\/strong> to function well. There are<strong> three key organs<\/strong> responsible for <strong>leadership and organization<\/strong>:<\/p><p data-start=\"649\" data-end=\"904\">\ud83d\udc64 <strong data-start=\"652\" data-end=\"665\">President<\/strong> \u2013 The head of the club, makes decisions, and leads the board.<br data-start=\"727\" data-end=\"730\" \/>\ud83d\udcdc <strong data-start=\"733\" data-end=\"746\">Secretary<\/strong> \u2013 Responsible for taking minutes, administrative tasks, and club documents.<br data-start=\"822\" data-end=\"825\" \/>\ud83d\udcb0 <strong data-start=\"828\" data-end=\"841\">Treasurer<\/strong> \u2013 Manages finances, keeps the books, and ensures transparency.<\/p><p data-start=\"906\" data-end=\"1271\">\u26a0\ufe0f <strong data-start=\"909\" data-end=\"923\">Important:<\/strong> Club boards should consist of <strong>people who are not related<\/strong> to each other. According to <strong>Swiss Civil Code Art. 68<\/strong>, there is a <strong>conflict of interest<\/strong> when voting on <strong>legal transactions or disputes<\/strong> involving <strong>relatives<\/strong>.
